Diana L. Sullivan, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting within both non-profit and for-profit sectors. Currently, Diana serves as a Controller for the Capitol Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America since 2005 and has been involved with the organization as a volunteer for several years. Diana has also held various volunteer positions with the Austin Non-Profit Financial Leaders group, where Vice-Chair responsibilities were undertaken in 2012, and the Texas Society of CPAs, contributing as a board member and committee chair. Previous experience includes serving as Accounting Service Director at Austin Travis County MHMR and Controller at Invesmart, overseeing accounting functions for a pension services firm. Diana holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a specialty in Accounting and Finance.
