Anders Yllfors has extensive experience in leadership and governance, currently serving as Chairman of the Board and CEO at Boxon Group since November 1996. In addition, Anders Yllfors is a Board Member at Öresundskraft AB and a Council Member of Helsingborgs Handelsförening HHF, contributing to the organization which supports commerce and manages funds in Helsingborg. Additionally, Anders Yllfors has been a Board Member of Familjen Erik Bancks Stiftelse since March 2014, overseeing properties in central Helsingborg. Earlier, Anders Yllfors held the position of CFO at Scandsea International AB from 1993 to 1996. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lund University, completed between 1983 and 1987, alongside military service from 1981 to 1983 and education at Nicolaiskolan from 1978 to 1981.
