Disha Karale is an experienced investor currently working at BoxGroup since 2023, focusing on early-stage investments. Previously, Disha held a position as an investor at Accel in 2022, specializing in growth investing. Prior to these roles, Disha contributed as an R&D scientist in the Solid Tumor CAR-T Cell Immunotherapy Group at Allogene Therapeutics in 2021. Disha also gained research experience through a rotation program in R&D, Process Development, and Quality Control at Celularity, Inc. Disha holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania, with education completed at Kent Place School.
