Erik Khamphouy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network engineering and customer engagement. Currently serving as a Principal Network Engineer at Northrop Grumman, Erik has also held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Banato since January 2020, where responsibilities included managing field event scheduling and enhancing customer engagement strategies. As a Brand Ambassador for Boxed Water, Erik educated over 1,000 attendees on sustainability issues. Previous experience includes a noteworthy role as an IT Specialist in the Air National Guard, where Erik trained airmen and maintained critical IT assets valued at $1.7 million. Erik has also engaged with consumers as a Brand Ambassador for KIND and contributed to engineering projects as an intern at United Flexible. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Erik's diverse skill set combines technical expertise with customer-focused initiatives.
