Sara Doyle has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 when they were a Receptionist/Educator at the Oldham County Historical Society. In 2008, they took on an Intern role at Oldham County Parks and Recreation. The following year, they were an Intern at Cornett Integrated Marketing. In 2010, they became a Technician at E.W. James & Sons Pharmacy, and in 2011, they were promoted to Marketing Director at Box Lake Networks.

Sara Doyle attended Oldham County High School from 2004 to 2007. Sara then went on to Eastern Kentucky University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with an Advertising Minor from 2007 to 2011.
