Rochelle Plaizier is a Water Resources Engineer at Bowen Collins & Associates, where responsibilities include supporting professional engineers in delivering high-quality engineering designs across various project areas such as water and sewer master planning, wastewater and water conveyance, stormwater conveyance, and water and sewer rate studies. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the University of Utah, an Engineering Intern at Stantec, and an intern at South Davis Sewer District. Rochelle holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Utah.
