Brian Mecham is an accomplished Principal Engineer and Construction Group Leader at Bowen Collins & Associates since March 2007, specializing in the design and oversight of various water and wastewater treatment facilities, structures, and systems. Mecham has extensive experience in construction feasibility analysis, cost estimation, contractor management, construction schedule reviews, and quality assurance. Prior experience includes a role as Project Engineer at WW Clyde & Company, Inc. and as a Civil Engineer for the Utah Department of Transportation, where responsibilities encompassed hydraulics, materials, roadway design, project management, and construction. Brian Mecham holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Utah State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
