Carolina Grijalva Teran is a seasoned professional in the field of architecture and project management, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Bovis from CBRE since February 2019. In this role, Carolina is responsible for producing national and international offers within the Technical and Business Development Department. Previous positions include Project & Construction Manager and Junior Project Manager at Bovis, where responsibilities encompassed project support, offer production, and contract review. Prior experience includes roles as Coordinadora Tecnica Comercial at Conkreta SA, where administrative management and contract drafting were key duties, and Architect Designer at Villamar Andrade Arqs., focusing on project direction and site supervision. Additional experience includes architectural design for the Metropolitan Agency of Quito and involvement in various architectural projects with CGT. Carolina holds a Master's degree in International Construction Management from Universidad Europea and a Bachelor's degree in Technical Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
