Sandrine BRISSART is the current Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Bouygues Telecom since October 2021. Prior to this role, Sandrine served as Directrice des Ressources Humaines du Groupe Bouygues Construction, overseeing 60,000 employees from January 2020 to September 2021. Sandrine also held positions as Directrice des ressources humaines at Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France and at Bouygues Bâtiment France Europe for the regions of France and Central Europe, managing a workforce of 4,550. Previously, Sandrine worked at Linkcity as DRH, contributing to the real estate development sector within Bouygues Construction, and held various HR leadership roles at Bouygues Construction, DV Construction, QUILLE, and Pertuy Construction. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme Sup de Co in Resources Humaines from NEOMA Business School and a BTS in Action Commerciale from Lycée Flaubert.
