Iness Tliba is an experienced professional in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management with a progressive career in various organizations. Currently serving as Responsable Qualité, Santé, Sécurité et Environnement at Bouygues Energies & Services since July 2023, Tliba previously held the position of Responsable Qualite Environnement et RSE at Bouygues Construction from September 2016 to July 2023. Prior experience includes leading the Quality and EHS department at Alstom Power, focusing on quality control and supplier assurance across numerous industrial projects. Tliba has also managed quality, environment, hygiene, and safety systems at ESAB and contributed to significant quality management and process optimization projects at Siemens and Bostik. Educational qualifications include a European Master in Global Quality Management and an Engineering degree in Quality and Environmental Production from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
