Rob Linssen is an experienced professional in commercial asset management, currently serving as Manager Commercial Asset Management at Bouwinvest since August 2016. Rob oversees asset management across diverse fund sectors, including Residential, Healthcare, Impact, Offices, Hotels, and Retail. Prior positions include Senior Asset Manager for the Dutch Residential Real Estate Fund and roles at Bouwfonds Investment Management and Bouwfonds Real Estate Investment Management, focusing on value optimization, strategy development, and property repositioning through renovation and sustainability initiatives. Rob actively contributes to academia as a member of the examination committee and guest lecturer at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor's degree in Built Environment from Nyenrode Business University and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, respectively.
