Heba Williams has extensive experience in human resources and people-related roles. Heba began their career in 2003 as a Staffing Manager at Act-1. In 2005, they moved to Elegrity, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager. In 2006, they joined Paychex as a Human Resources Consultant, where they partnered with C-suite executives and key business leaders to design and implement people strategies. In 2013, they moved to McKesson as a Director of HR Business Partner, where they served as a strategic consultant to executive Human Resources and Corporate leaders. In 2015, they joined Lending Club as a Senior Director of People Success, where they contributed to the CEO and President's plan to increase corporate footprint globally. In 2019, they moved to Quantcast as Vice President of People & Places and Chief People Officer. In 2021, they joined Chief as a Member and Boundless Immigration as Vice President of People and Global Customer Success.

Heba Williams has a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University, and attended Lycee Francais.
