Crystal Cui began their career in 2010 as an Interaction Designer and Front-End Developer at Vidigami Media, Inc. In 2011, they co-founded Art School Reviews and served as a Designer and Developer. In 2012, they joined frog as a Senior Interaction Designer. In 2017, they became a Principal Designer at Pioneer Square Labs and a Founding Member and Head of Design at Boundless Immigration.

Crystal Cui has a Bachelor of Arts in Design from Simon Fraser University.
