Alexandre Mimouni serves as a Product Planning Manager at celio since August 2022 and has held the position of Responsable Approvisionnement & Demand Planning at BOUCHARA since September 2016. In this role, responsibilities include managing a €10 million seasonal budget, overseeing a team of eight planners, and collaborating closely with various departments to enhance supply chain processes. Alexandre played a key role in establishing a procurement service and transforming company operations from a basic to a premium model.
