Emily Johnson is a skilled professional with a strong background in customer experience and sustainability within the fashion industry. Currently serving as a CX Champion at Certainly since September 2022, Emily collaborates with e-commerce fashion brands to enhance customer engagement and sustainability efforts. Previously, as a Sustainability Specialist at Kering from April 2020 to August 2022, Emily developed sustainability initiatives focused on reducing environmental impacts and achieving social targets through cross-departmental collaboration. Emily began the career as a CSR and Sustainability Intern at Gucci and later excelled as a Client Advisor, where responsibilities included driving customer service excellence and maintaining client relationships.
