Jordan's background also includes key roles in pre-opening teams for prestigious projects at The West Hollywood EDITION and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, along with significant contributions to restaurant management and wine program development at various renowned establishments. Education was obtained at The University of Texas at Austin.
