KEAGISITSWE Setswalo is a lecturer and researcher at Botswana International University of Science & Technology (BIUST) since February 2023, following an earlier role as a research and teaching assistant at the same institution from December 2014 to December 2022. With a strong background in various analytical techniques, KEAGISITSWE's expertise includes X-ray diffraction, ultraviolet spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, natural fibers, and polymer composites. Notable contributions include a research assistant position with the Lightsources for Africa, the Americas, and the Middle East Project, where analysis of HVOF Inconel 625 coatings was conducted. Additionally, KEAGISITSWE served as an airworthiness inspector with the Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Wood Polymer Composites, a Master of Engineering in Materials Science Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, complemented by studies in Physics and Chemistry.
