Samantha Chabata is an accomplished IT professional with over 24 years of experience in the field. Currently, as Head of Information Technology at Botswana Housing Corporation since October 2009, Samantha manages a team of 10 IT professionals, driving strategic and operational IT projects to meet corporate objectives, while balancing responsibilities in ERP implementation and system availability. Previously, as Information Services Manager at Water Utilities Corporation, Samantha led multiple teams and managed significant projects, including the implementation of SAP Enterprise Content Management and Call Centre initiatives. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Botswana, an MBA from the same institution, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of London.
