Andrew Moore is currently the Software Delivery Director at Motorola Solutions, where they manage regional software delivery projects including PremierOne, Spillman Flex, and Command Central. Formerly, Andrew served as the Director of Technical Solutions Delivery and held various roles within the company, leading program teams and ensuring the deployment of Smart Public Safety Solutions. As a founding member of the Southwest Virginia All Hazards Incident Management Team, Andrew also contributed to the Botetourt County Department of Fire & EMS, where they developed and implemented technology for county-wide operations. Andrew holds a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Averett University.
