Serena Lee currently serves as a Director of Engagements at Boston University Consulting Group since September 2023, having previously held roles as a Casing Analyst, Associate Consultant, and Strategy Lab Analyst within the company. Earlier experience includes roles at Proven Poke Co as a Shift Supervisor and Team Member, as well as significant involvement with the Coalition for Asian American Children and Families, where Serena led advocacy efforts for AAPI students and facilitated workshops. Additionally, Serena was the Montclair Civil Rights Commission High School Student Liaison, recognized for advocacy on student-related issues. Leadership in robotics is demonstrated through the role of Team Captain for FRC Team 555, where Serena implemented an effective organizational structure and managed outreach projects. Serena is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Boston University, expected to graduate in May 2027, following the completion of a high school diploma at Montclair High School in June 2023.
