Sean Horan, Ph.D., is a highly accomplished mathematician and scientist currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Boston Scientific since January 2022. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Researcher role at the University of California, Merced, from August 2020 to January 2022, as well as a Graduate Student at the University of California, Irvine, from September 2014 to August 2020. Sean Horan holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from UC Irvine, complemented by a Master of Science in Mathematics from the same institution and a Triple Major Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Additional experience includes coaching at Olympia Fencing Academy and engineering roles at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where software for processor board simulation was developed. Achievements include graduating Summa Cum Laude and being named the 2013 Summer Student Marshall.
