Samuel Will is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in mechanical engineering and management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Lead System Designer at Boston Scientific since August 2015, Samuel has also held significant roles at American Medical Systems as Lead System Designer and Engineering Manager, among other positions. With a strong focus on equipment lifecycle management, design controls, and mentoring engineers, Samuel's career includes extensive experience in Lean Product Design and production floor equipment development. Samuel holds multiple degrees from the University of Minnesota, including a Master's in Management of Technology and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor's in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
