Prerita Sharma is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in transformation and change management. Currently serving as the APAC HR Transformation and Change Management lead at Boston Scientific since August 2016, Prerita oversees HR process mapping, technology benchmarking, and service delivery implementation across APAC countries. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Giesecke & Devrient in India, where Prerita managed multiple global business units and led critical strategic projects, and Manager HR at Fujitsu India, focusing on HR operations and performance management. Prerita holds two MBA degrees, one in Human Resources Management and another in Management, and has earned coaching certification from Erickson Coaching International.
