Monica Olson, M.A., is an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant specializing in Cardiology Sales at Boston Scientific. With a strong background in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Monica serves as the Senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Recruitment Program Manager at C.H. Robinson and leads efforts as the Lead Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Talent Partner at St. David's Center for Child and Family Development. Additionally, Monica is a Board Member of the Talent Marketing Board and has completed Equity and Diversity Program Certification at the University of Minnesota.
