Denise Bushard is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as the Global Enterprise Training and Development Manager at Boston Scientific since May 2008. In this role, Denise manages a team of three training professionals and oversees training for over 1,200 Operations personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through the design, development, implementation, and tracking of training programs for medical device manufacturing. Prior to this, Denise was the Training and Education Manager at Memorial Blood Centers from 2006 to 2008, where responsibilities included managing a team of seven and overseeing training for 350 associates in blood product operations. Denise began their career at Aventis Behring as the Regional Training and Development Manager from 1999 to 2004, focusing on proprietary training programs for plasma collection centers. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Professions and Related Clinical Sciences from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
