Christopher Welch has worked for four different companies since 2008. Christopher began their career at Whirlpool Corporation as an Engineering Intern in 2008. The following year, they worked as a Manufacturing Intern at GE Aviation. From 2010 to 2021, they held various roles at GE Aviation, including Lead Engineer, Advanced Lead Engineer, and Engineering Manager. Most recently, they have been the Cell Engineering Manager at Boston Metal since 2021.

Christopher Welch received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2009, followed by a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same university in 2010.
