Natalie Murray serves as the Director of HRBP at Boston Medical Center since March 2023. Previously, Murray held the role of Senior Manager of Talent Development at Carvana from May 2022 to March 2023, focusing on talent development for 56 locations across the United States, and served as Regional Human Resources Director for the East Region during Carvana's acquisition of ADESA. From June 2019 to May 2022, Murray was the Regional Human Resources Director at ADESA, overseeing a team supporting 18 sites with around 2000 employees. Earlier experience includes being a Human Resources Manager at Follett LLC during a high growth phase, working as People Operations Manager at Tech Justice, and serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Tulsa Auto Collection. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications from Central Penn College, earned between 2013 and 2014.
