Lisa Kelly-Croswell is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Boston Medical Center since 2013. Before their current role, Lisa had extensive experience in various senior HR positions at NitroMed, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, CIGNA, Monsanto, and PepsiCo - Frito Lay. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
