Haeyeon Hong currently serves as a Research Fellow at the Commonwealth Fund Fellowship in Minority Health Policy at Harvard University and as a Local Health Equity Fellow and Resident Doctor at Boston Medical Center since July 2019. Additionally, Haeyeon Hong is an Assistant Professor at Boston University School of Medicine since July 2023, having previously completed a Doctor of Medicine at the same institution from 2014 to 2018. Prior experience includes a research role in the Immunology Laboratory at Brigham and Women's Hospital and serving as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Chemistry at Wellesley College. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (anticipated 2025), a Master of Science in Biomedical Science from Tufts University School of Medicine (2012-2013), and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wellesley College (2006-2010).
