David Gerbrands has worked in the customer service industry for over 19 years. David began their career in 2001 as a Client Services Manager at Dalbar, where they led a Client Services team and managed top tier accounts. In 2015, they joined Propertybase Powered by Lone Wolf as a Senior Client Services Representative. Later that same year, they began working at Boston Logic by Propertybase as a Senior Client Success Associate, where they developed relationships with clients, arranged new services, and coordinated and trained new clients.

David Gerbrands obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 1993 and 1997.
