D. Ray Long is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in energy-related communications and management roles. Currently serving as Energy Executive Communications at Boston Government Services, LLC, D. Ray Long leads speech writing and executive communications for Dr. Vanessa Z. Previous positions include Communications Lead at Redhorse Corporation, Communications Manager for the Department of Energy at ICF Next, and Change Management and Communications Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton, where D. Ray Long contributed to the Accelerator program. Earlier roles include Associate Director at the Association for the Study of Peak Oil & Gas - USA and Manager of the ENERGY STAR Water Heaters program at D&R International. D. Ray Long holds a Master of Science in Alternative Energy Technology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering Sciences from Michigan State University.
