Olga Milendorf, HCCP, is an experienced asset manager currently working at Boston Financial Investment Management, LP since January 2019. With a comprehensive background in asset management, Olga has overseen a portfolio of 80 LIHTC multifamily real estate investments, managing them through various stages from construction to stabilization. Previously serving as Senior Asset Manager at Boston Capital, Olga developed strategies for under-performing assets, negotiated reposition situations, and coordinated property dispositions. Additional experience includes roles as an investment analyst at First Partners Inc., where financial performance analyses and budgeting were key responsibilities, as well as earlier positions in mutual fund accounting and residential lending. Olga holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Finance from Northeastern University.
