Lucas Neily has extensive experience in guest services and management within the entertainment and media industries. Currently serving as the Guest Service Manager at Boston Duck Tours since 2011, Lucas previously worked as a Media Consultant for CTM Media Group, specializing in digital and place-based media for various attractions. Prior experience includes General Manager at 5 Wits, Inc., where Lucas oversaw an interactive entertainment venue, and at G.W. Lumber and Millwork. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Northeastern University, which was earned between 1997 and 2002, and completed high school at Contoocook Valley Regional High School from 1994 to 1997.
