Michael G. Andrews is the Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Boston Beer. Michael has also worked as an attorney at BLA Schwartz, PC, a law firm with offices in Boston, New York, Los Angeles, and San Jose. Their practice focused on commercial litigation in the areas of intellectual property, contract disputes, software licensing, and corporate governance. Prior to that, they interned at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Atari in their in-house legal departments. Michael also interned at the United States Federal Court and the Massachusetts Superior Court. In addition to their work in the legal field, Michael has also been a multimedia & web developer for various companies since 1998.
