Aaron Gonzales has extensive experience in program management and advocacy within the GLBT youth community. Currently serving as the Director of Programs & Services at the Boston Alliance of GLBT Youth since January 2009, Aaron is responsible for training youth speakers, organizing leadership retreats, managing logistics for various events, and collaborating with agencies to promote social justice and health awareness. Prior positions include Director of Programs at BAGLY, Inc. and Adult Advisor for AGLY Network, along with roles at the North American Indian Center of Boston as a Client Advocate and Program Director. Aaron has developed numerous educational workshops and has a strong background in managing budgets and facilitating community support for marginalized populations.
