Marcel Witte is an experienced SHEQ Manager at Boskalis Nederland since May 2021, contributing to safety, health, environment, and quality management. Currently, Marcel serves on the Central College of Experts for VCA with Stichting Samenwerken voor Veiligheid and leads the Working Group on Occupational Health for the Vereniging van Waterbouwers. Previous roles include SHE-Q Coordinator at Boskalis from December 2011 to May 2021, Advisor at Ingenieurs- en Adviesburo de Wilde B.V., and Manager of Operational Affairs at ViaNorm, where Marcel was responsible for managing a team and maintaining quality systems and accreditations. Marcel also held roles as an auditor for various accredited quality schemes and established a new department focused on combating data fraud. Education includes a degree as a Safety Manager from SBO in 2013.
