Katie Gatto, MBA, has extensive experience in design operations and supply chain management, currently serving as Principal Design Operations Program Manager at Bose Corporation since August 2018. In this role, Katie leads a multi-discipline Product Design team, overseeing timelines and budgets for product development. Previous positions at Bose include Strategic Sourcing Manager for Contract Manufacturing, where Katie managed a $230M annual spend relationship with a key supplier in Asia, and Supply Chain NPI Program Manager, responsible for the successful launch of new products. Prior to Bose, Katie held various roles at DePuy Synthes Companies, Wayfair, Intel Corporation, Honeywell Aerospace, Johnson & Johnson, and Unilever, showcasing a strong background in project management and operational efficiency. Katie earned an MBA from the University of Portland and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management & Information Systems from Penn State University.
