Jim Mollica joined Bose in 2021 as the company’s first global chief marketing officer. He oversees the brand’s strategic and creative direction, as well as its connection to consumers across all platforms and touch points. Jim specializes in digital transformation and storytelling, drawing on more than 25 years of marketing, media, digital commerce, and revenue-generation expertise.
Jim still uses and enjoys the Bose Acoustimass speaker system that he purchased as a teenager to listen to music by the Pixies and other influential groups. This “life-changing” sound system has stayed with him through multiple relocations across the country.
Prior to joining Bose, Jim held senior executive roles for some of the world’s top consumer, lifestyle, entertainment, and automotive brands, including Under Armour, Viacom/MTV Networks, The Walt Disney Company, Ralph Lauren, and Nissan Motor Corporation.
Jim is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, earning an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business.
