Courtney Catcho, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Bose Corporation, focusing on the Automotive Systems Division and Global Research & Development since September 2024. Previously, Courtney held key HR leadership roles at Ferrara from January 2021 to September 2024, supporting various business units and navigating organizational changes. Prior to that, Courtney was a Lead Performance Management Specialist at Deloitte, managing performance processes and coaching leadership. Other experience includes HR Business Partner roles at Nestlé USA, where significant HR initiatives and improvements were implemented, as well as internships at Talmer Bank and Trust and Lansing Urgent Care. Courtney holds a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University.
