Thomas Cook is a partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, where Thomas has been working since February 2021. Prior to this role, Cook served as Chief Deputy Mayor and Chief of Staff for the City of Indianapolis from January 2016 to February 2021, and briefly as Transition Director for One City Indy in late 2015. Thomas was the Campaign Manager for Hogsett for Indianapolis from August 2014 to November 2015 and held the position of Deputy Chief of Staff for the City of Lawrence, Indiana, from March to July 2014. Cook's experience also includes a role in communications at the United States Attorney's Office from August 2011 to March 2014, and serving as Communications Director for the Indiana Democratic Party from 2008 to 2010. Cook holds a JD in Law from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law (2011) and a BA in Political Science and Communication and Culture from Indiana University Bloomington (2008).
