Luke Messer is an accomplished legal and public policy advocate with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal at Bose Public Affairs Group and Partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP since September 2021, Luke advises organizations on federal and state policy and regulatory issues. Luke holds the position of Chief Executive at the Indiana Business Health Collaborative and serves as Commissioner at the Ports of Indiana. Prior engagements include a Senior Advisor role with the Invest in Education Coalition and a Principal position at Faegre Drinker. Luke's notable political experience includes serving as Chairman of the House Republican Policy Committee and a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from January 2013 to January 2019. Luke also has a strong background in education reform, having been President & CEO of School Choice Indiana, and a Partner at Ice Miller LLP focusing on government affairs. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law from Vanderbilt University Law School and an undergraduate degree from Wabash College.
