Janet Lum has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Team Lead in HR Shared Services at Bosch since January 2005, where responsibilities include leading a team of HR Generalists, enhancing operational efficiency through technology, and providing support to over 16,000 U.S. employees. Previous roles at Bosch include Project Team Lead for HRIS operations and Senior HR Generalist, alongside significant leadership in the Associate Relations Department focusing on diversity and inclusion. Prior experience includes project management at ManpowerGroup Solutions, where Janet implemented recruitment outsourcing programs and streamlined internal job posting processes, as well as HR roles at Huntington National Bank and FirstMerit Bank that involved full-cycle recruiting and employee relations. Janet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
