Dirk Droste serves as the Director and Head of Product Management for Customer Specific Business and the ASIC Design Center in Dresden at Bosch Sensortec GmbH since September 2014. Previously, Dirk Droste held various engineering and management roles at Robert Bosch GmbH from 2000 to August 2014, focusing on ASIC Development and project management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Expert at 20/10 Perfect Vision Optische Geräte GmbH, specializing in system engineering for ophthalmological measurement systems, and as a Scientific Associate at the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicon Technology ISIT, where the focus was on ASIC engineering for medical microsystems. Dirk Droste holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Semiconductor Technology and Nano-Electronics from Darmstadt University and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Mannheim.
