Rosnah Mohamed Hanifa has extensive experience in industrial engineering and project management, currently serving as Plant BPS (Lean) Coordinator and Staff Industrial Engineer at Bosch Malaysia since February 2021. Prior to this, Rosnah worked at Bosch from October 2018 to February 2021 as a Project Management and Lean Expert for the ASEAN region, providing consultancy on industrial engineering, lean practices, and project management. Rosnah's earlier roles include Senior Industrial Engineer at ESCATEC from August 2016 to October 2018 and various engineering positions at Jabil between July 2011 and August 2016. Rosnah holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from the International Islamic University Malaysia (2007-2011) and a Master of Business Administration in Engineering/Industrial Management from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (2015-2018).
