Anna-Lena Schrof currently serves as UX Owner & Operational Lead at Bosch Healthcare Solutions GmbH, focusing on the optimization of internal processes, journey management strategy, and user-centric development within the organization since April 2022. Previously, Anna-Lena held the role of Service | UX Project Lead at Bosch from April 2021 to April 2022 and also lectured on UX Design at Hochschule Macromedia from October 2021 to March 2022. Prior experience includes work in UX Design at Bosch Engineering GmbH, Porsche, and Daimler AG, as well as significant contributions to mobile robotics applications and internal digitalization strategies. Anna-Lena's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Kommunikationsgestaltung from Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd, attained between 2015 and 2018.
