Lucas Novelli is a skilled quality engineer with extensive experience in quality management and assurance across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Engenheiro da Qualidade at Bosal since July 2023, Lucas previously worked as an Analista de Qualidade at Estamparia Itupeva Ind. e Com. LTDA from July 2013 to July 2023, where responsibilities included the preparation of technical documentation for ISO9001 and IATF16949, as well as the development of KPIs and OKRs. Prior experience includes a role as an Analista de Qualidade at BS Ind. e Com. de Produtos Metalúrgicos Ltda from November 2007 to August 2012, focusing on quality procedures and audits. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Paulista, along with two postgraduate MBAs in Executive Management and Quality and Productivity Management, expected to be completed in 2024.
