Heidi Rolston currently serves as the SVP of People and Culture at Bosa Properties since October 2022. As a co-founder of Uppity Girl Productions, Heidi advocates for the rights and self-determination of women, girls, and trans individuals. Heidi has held various leadership positions in human resources and organizational development, including VP roles at Descartes Labs, Hootsuite, BuildDirect, and The Forzani Group, focusing on creating inclusive and productive workplace cultures. Prior experience includes positions at WestJet and Electronic Arts, with a solid foundation in organizational learning and development established during tenure at Crystal Decisions. Heidi Rolston holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a BA in Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
