Umut Demir has extensive experience in administrative operations, currently serving as an İdari Operasyonlar Yetkili Uzmanı at Borusan Otomotiv since February 2006. Prior to this role, Umut Demir worked as a Kalite kontrol sorumlusu at Termal Elektronik from September 2002 to August 2005. In terms of education, Umut Demir obtained an ön lisans degree in Turizm ve Seyahat Hizmetleri Pazarlama Operasyonları from Anadolu University, attending from 2011 to 2014.
