Mark Potkewitz is an accomplished attorney and educator with extensive experience in legal practice and academia. Currently serving at Bortstein Legal Group since October 2021, Mark has also held the position of Adjunct Professor of Clinical Law at Brooklyn Law School since June 2020, where teaching and supervising students in the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic are key responsibilities. Previous roles include Co Director at the Legal Innovation Centre, Director of Policy at the Center for Urban Business Entrepreneurship, and Cofounder of Lexloci Inc., which developed the handl privacy policy extension. Mark's career began with a legal foundation as a Paralegal/Legal Researcher at Bruce Fein & Associates, and education was pursued at Brooklyn Law School, earning a JD (cum laude) in 2017, following a BA in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
