Scott Gibson has worked for several companies over the past eight years. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, and Salesforce Development Team Lead at Borrowell. Prior to this, they worked as a Salesforce Development Team Lead and Salesforce Developer at Refresh Financial from 2018 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Valet at Predator Ridge Resort. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Sales Associate at True Outdoors. Finally, from 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Back of House Shift Leader at Red Robin.

Scott Gibson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia in 2020. Scott also obtained a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification from Salesforce in July 2019.
